Student AI Safety

Responsible AI Guidelines

Student-friendly rules for using AI safely, ethically, and productively throughout Business Builder AI Academy.

Core Principle

AI should support student thinking, not replace it.

Do Not Share Private Information

Students should not enter home addresses, personal phone numbers, school ID numbers, full birthdates, medical information, payment information, or private family information into AI tools or public forms.

Use AI as an Assistant

AI can help brainstorm, organize, revise, and create options, but students must make their own decisions and understand the final work.

Edit Before Using

Students should not copy and paste AI output as final work without reviewing, editing, and making it fit their own business idea.

Verify Facts

Students should check facts, prices, business rules, and claims with a trusted adult or reliable source before using them publicly.

No Fake Claims

Students should not use AI to create fake reviews, fake customers, exaggerated results, misleading promises, or copied marketing.

Respect Originality

Students should not copy another business name, logo, website, slogan, mascot, or brand style.

Ask for Approval

Public websites, payments, customer messages, photos, and marketing should require parent/guardian or program approval.

Keep It School-Appropriate

All business ideas, images, logos, and marketing should be appropriate for school, family, and community audiences.
